Don't like the product? Or is it defective in some way? Then you can return the item to us within the return period. Once we have received your return, it can take up to 7 days to process.

For customers from Germany:

Please enter your order number in the 'Customer reference' field so that we can process your return quickly.

If you do not have a printer, you can show the QR code at your post office, which will be sent to your email address together with the return slip.

For customers from abroad::

For returns from other countries, we contribute a flat rate of 5€ to the return. For this we need proof of shipment and the receipt. Please remember your order number so that we can process your return quickly.
